The Staff Passport Group (SPG) of the Social Partnership Forum has produced an updated set of frequently asked questions on the application of the New Fair Deal, which gives NHS employees who have been TUPE transferred out of the NHS, the right to continue to be offered access to the NHS pension scheme.
The SPG has also produced frequently asked questions on the application of ‘Pension Access’ which came in 1 April 2014 and enables non-NHS organisations providing NHS clinical services through specific contracts, to offer their staff access to the NHS pension scheme.
