HCSA members interested in receiving accredited negotiator status are invited to sign up to the next Workplace Negotiator Training Day on Thursday 12th December.
Attendees to this free one-day course led by National Officer Andrew Jordan will receive full accreditation from HCSA as Workplace Negotiators. Places are limited so booking is essential.
Expenses for car/standard class rail travel, and taxi transfer from nearby Loughborough Station, will be reimbursed by the Association.

Who is it for?
If you are already active within your hospital's LNC or JLNC structures, or are interested in becoming involved, then this course is for you.
What will I learn?
Attendees on this course will gain a greater understanding of the current National picture, the LNC and JLNC structure, and the relationship between the two. They will also learn about the way HCSA supports and builds the capacity of members working within local negotiating structures. Attendees will end the day as fully accredited local negotiators.
