HCSA has today launched a new ‘999’ member hotline to deal with significant upsurge in queries stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic.
Members can now ring 01256 770-999 to get help and advice on any concerns at work and our team will ensure that you receive the appropriate level of support.
Announcing the new number, HCSA Director of Operations Stuart Lythgoe said: “This year has been the busiest in recent history, with a huge range of issues arising from often ad hoc decisions by employers and policy-makers as a result of coronavirus.
“This new number will provide a better service to members and ensure that we can get them the help they need more quickly.”
