Temporary changes to service due to system upgrade

A major upgrade to HCSA’s IT system will take place over two weeks from April 8th. This will involve changes to our online member portal.

During the upgrade

Our member portal will be temporarily unavailable, affecting the following services:

Online joining
This will be temporarily unavailable. However, prospective members can fill out our contact form to receive the link to join once the upgrade process is complete.

Seeking advice
You will not be able to raise a case for advice via the member portal. Instead, please contact us via Advice@hcsa.com.

Updating your details
You will not be able to update the details we hold on you. For any changes of grade or other information please contact Conspec@hcsa.com.

Membership queries
For queries regarding your membership please contact Membership@hcsa.com
